In order to apply for a liquor license, a business must:
- complete a county application
- provide a current state approved liquor license
- submit the appropriate fees (payable in cash or check only)
The Annual license is valid from September 1st through August 31st
Fees
Fees are as follows:
| Beer (bottled, canned and/or draught) TO STAY – consumed on premises | $100.00 |
| Beer (bottled, canned and/or kegs) TO GO – consumed off-site | $25.00 |
| Liquor by the drink TO STAY – consumed on premises | $75.00 |
| Wine TO STAY – consumed on premises | $100.00 |
| Wine TO GO – consumed off-site | $100.00 |
| Transfer a license to a new individual, partnership or corporation | $25.00 |
| Catering Permit (if in county but outside of city limits) (3 day maximum) | $20.00 per day |
