Administered by the County Assessor, the Motor Vehicle Licensing office is responsible for titling and/or registering new and used vehicles, manufactured homes, mobile homes, trailers (commercial and personal), trucks and buses (commercial (up to 26,000) and non-commercial), recreational vehicles, boats, snow-machines and off-road vehicles; collecting sales tax on private sales and out-of-state dealers; and performing Vehicle Identification Number inspections.
